Course Prerequisites:
If you intend to prepare for the PMP exam, you require experience in leading and managing projects. If you intention is not to write the PMP exam, but only gain knowledge in the project management field, you should have a minimum of a high school diploma, good English language skills and experience working in a business or project environment.

The PMP exam preparation course can be taken as a full-time or part-time course. Students have the flexibility to choose from weekends / weekdays (morning / evening) classes. They will receive information-packed presentations led by PMP certified instructors.

The course is based on PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), additional publications and specially prepared reference materials. Through practice testing, students will become knowledgeable with the makeup and format of the PMP Certification Exam and the level of competency needed to pass it. In addition, significant home study is required.

The course will provide you with techniques to help deliver projects on time, within budget, and in scope. It will help to familiarize you with work breakdown structures, project estimating and budgeting, scheduling, basic motivation and communications theory, quality control, contract administration, schedule administration, etc.
