Our location next to the Vatican City permits you to reach Rome's main attractions within just a few minutes walk.
This elegantly furnished ensuite rooms can accommodate 2-3 or 4 persons and have all the comfort of a high standard Hotel, but with very reasonable rates.
Services: ensuite bathroom, deluxe furniture, wooden floor, 24 hrs hot water, linen and towels, hairdryer, minibar, tea/coffe facilities, air conditioning avail. on request (small extra), city Tours and airport pick-up avail (extra).
The rooms are located on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a 19th century building and have street views. We are just 100 metres from St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican museums, and metro station 'Ottaviano-San Pietro' is only 50 metres away.

DIRECTIONS
We organize airport pick-up from Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports.
From Fiumicino Airport: You can take the train inside the airport and arrive to Termini Station. From there it's better to take the underground line A and get off at Ottaviano-San Pietro (ticket price €0.75): the Studio is just 50 meters far.
From Termini Station:
Take the Metro line A and get off to Ottaviano-San Pietro (ticket price €0.75) and from there the Studio is just 50 meters far. Or take a taxi for about €12.00.
From Ciampino Airport:
It will be better it to ask for our pick-up. Or take the train FMA-Rome Ciampino and get off at Termini, and it goes along every 20 min. from 6.15am to 23.45pm
By Car:
From the Gra exit Aurelio-Centro-Citta del Vaticano. Take the Aurelia Street and continue till the Vatican Walls, Prati area.
