Service Master of the Lakes Area has provided cleaning and restoration services for the past 45 years in the Alexandria area. We are committed to providing excellent work and exceptional service. Service Master of the Lakes area is an independently owned and operated franchise of Service Master Clean/Restore.

General Responsibilities:

Office hours are 8-5pm with a coordinated lunch hour.

First line of defense for answering the office phone. The phone will be answered within 3 rings in a cheerful manner, identifying Service Master Clean, your name, and a short greeting such as "May I help you".

Schedule all residential and commercial jobs according to zone availability, crew requirements, and customer preference.

Track information such as: customer name, address, email, lead source, estimate, discounts, etc.

Perform preparation of written estimates and coordinate their correspondence. Customer service. Coordinate and organize janitorial supplies. Create a pleasant work environment for fellow staff members.

Demonstrate brand promise to all customers. Ensure that all customer files are current. Handle all customer complaints/concerns within 24 hours. Perform customer quality calls within 48 hours of a job being performed.

Provide tracking and reporting of all complaints, defining the complaint, responses, and elapsed time.

Send all customer follow-up correspondences. Constantly be aware of all opportunities for accolades, both written and verbal.

Maintain an accurate schedule for all crew members. Maintain proper records for all equipment including copier, fax, computer, etc. Maintain a good working function of the office.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a Service Master Clean franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
