Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field;
  Masters degree preferred.
• Valid Alabama Teaching Certificate in Special Education.
• At least 2 years of experience working with students with special needs preferred.
• Knowledge of various instructional strategies, behavioral management techniques, and assistive technologies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
