Bayshore Construction Company is seeking a project engineer to come work with us in our Arlington, WA office. This position is only available in person, with NO OPTION FOR REMOTE WORK.

Responsibilities include and may be modified from time to time:

• Create and track RFI’s and Submittals
• Assist with estimates such as material takeoffs, gathering material and subcontractor pricing
• Provide detailed information needed to create change orders
• Assist field employees with project issues
• Assist Project Managers and other team members with a variety of contract and project requirements
• Accurate project tracking in HCSS Heavy Job and Heavy Bid

You must possess the following skills to work in this position:

• Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Knowledge or ability to learn construction software such as HCSS Heavy Job, Procore, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.

Salary will range from $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually depending on experience.
