Job Title: Golf Guest Services I, II, III (depending upon experience)

Seasonal: April 1st - October 31st (dependent on need and weather conditions)
Pay Based Upon Experience (see grades below)
Golf Guest Services I:
Hiring Range (hourly): $15.58/min - $17.14/mid - $18.70/max
Golf Guest Services II :
Hiring Range (hourly): $17.32/min - $19.06/mid - $20.79/max
Golf Guest Services III:
Hiring Range (hourly): $19.14/min - $21.11/mid - $23.08/max
Position Summary: Performs a variety of tasks for the Aspen Golf Course in support of the Recreation Department. This position could also split time and responsibilities with the maintenance staff.
Supervision Exercised and Received: Position works under the supervision of the Head Golf Professional with the assistance of the Professional staff and Golf Specialist team.
Essential Job Functions:
Customer Service:
Picking cart, attachment to pick balls, ball washer and ball dispenser.
Core Competencies: Displays the following key competencies in the overall job performance to include knowledge, skills and abilities:
Other duties and expectations as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: Preferred if applicants have a minimum of one year experience with golf course atmospheres and operations.
Technical Knowledge: Must be able to promptly reply to phone calls, text messages, and emails.
Licenses &
Certifications:
Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License or be able to obtain one within 30 days of start date if it is determined that the applicant must drive a vehicle.
NOTE: This position requires a Criminal Background Check upon hire. Employment is contingent upon passing a Criminal Background Check.
Position Type and
Work Hours:
Seasonal, hours may vary between 16-40 hours per work week, Monday through Sunday, typically April through October.
Early Mornings & Evenings/Weekends:
This position requires the applicant to be able to work any day of the week. Hours will vary and include early mornings and evenings.
Holidays: Required to work during holiday periods.
Work Environment:
Custodial work in the restrooms and locker rooms.
Majority of the time working outside either standing or walking.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally up to 50 lbs. such as golf equipment, boxes, equipment, etc.
Reaching, standing, sitting, typing, talking, crouching, kneeling, seeing, driving, and hearing.
