• High School Graduate
• CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) course completion preferred but not required
• Satisfactory completion of competency test
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and carry out directions and instructions
• Able to function effectively with minimal direct supervision
• Good health status and emotional stability
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to resident service and service excellence

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members by fostering trust and open communication.
• Handle conflicts professionally, escalating unresolved issues appropriately.
• Adjust to changing resident needs with patience and flexibility.
• Maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
• Ensure residents’ rooms, clothing, and personal spaces are clean and well-maintained.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and within expected time frames.
• Follow through on responsibilities without repeated reminders.
• Adhere to policies and procedures, including emergency and infection control protocols.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living such as brushing teeth, taking showers, dressing, etc.
• Assist with Indirect Care of Daily Living such as washing clothes and maintaining a clean house (sweeping, mopping).
• Perform other delegated tasks as assigned.

Sit, Stand, Walk, Bend/Stoop, Squat, Crawl. Reach above shoulder, reach below shoulder level, Lift, Carry, Push, Pull Maximum 50 lbs. – Continually, Over 50 lbs.
