Overview

Soliant Education is currently looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time role in Bonney Lake, WA. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with elementary students, providing valuable behavioral support and helping them succeed in the classroom.

Schedule

• Mondays: 10:45 AM - 3:15 PM
• Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:15 PM

Responsibilities

• Work with elementary students, providing direct support with behavior management
• Implement behavior intervention plans and provide consistent support
• Track student progress and monitor behavioral goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to promote a positive learning environment
• Provide behavioral support in accordance with school plans and protocols

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged students with behavioral needs
• Comfort with both CBT and BT approaches, with strong behavior management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
