Sky Water is thrilled to partner with a well-established resort in Northern Minnesota to help them find their next Director of Finance.

This is a high-impact role working closely with the CFO to streamline processes, improve financial performance, and influence strategy across the organization. You’ll lead a small team and oversee core functions like budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while driving cross-departmental change and improvement.
