Madden’s is currently seeking the position of Food and Beverage Supervisors for our 2025 season; this position will be responsible for overseeing an assigned outlet in the food and beverage operation in cooperation with the manager.

• Supervising and assisting in the setup of restaurants, restocking, and performing food preparation and food service duties when needed (including cooking, prepping, dishwashing, serving, and hosting).
• Opening and closing the dining building.
• Transporting staff and supplies to and from the work facility.
• Coordinating special events.
• Performing duties such as menu development, recipe building, creating prep sheets, ordering, inventory, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff.
• Directing weekly meetings and pre-shift meetings.
• May supervise up to twenty-five (25) Waitstaff, Bussers, Food Runners, Wait Assistants, Cashiers, Cooks, and Baristas.
• Incorporating safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performing other duties as required.
