We are looking for a driven and curious Document Control Professional in Holly Springs, NC to support our Program Management Team.
As a key member of our Document Control and Turnover program support team, you’ll be coordinating and administering configuration management activities relative to identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents directly related to the assigned project.

Here's what you'll need:
- At least 2 years of Document Control experience
- Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, Prolog Manager, Auto Desk Cloud (ACC), Engineering in the Digital Age (EIDA) or similar EDMS systems.
- Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues.
Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat (writer), Excel, Blue Beam, Visio, and other MS Office applications
- Experience with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., maps, drawings, technical specifications, etc.) experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology.
