Job Description
The Program Manager will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring high-impact programs that support our renewable energy solutions. This position is responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring successful delivery of projects that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in program management, ideally within the renewable energy or technology sector.

Key responsibilities:

Program Planning & Strategy
Lead the development of program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines;
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define program objectives, deliverables, and success criteria;
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budgets;

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate complex renewable energy automation programs, including PLC programming projects and SCADA system implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technicians, engineers, clients) to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and address any issues that could impact the success of the program.
Provide technical support and consultancy to clients, ensuring that implemented solutions meet their specific needs.
Oversee the preparation of technical documentation and project status reports.
Manage project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Regularly communicate with key stakeholders, including clients and senior management, to provide clear and aligned progress updates and goals.
Lead and motivate the project team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Act as a technical reference for the team, solving technical problems and providing innovative solutions.

Qualifications

You'll receive a positive evaluation in case you have:
Educational Background :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus;
Experience : 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong preference for experience within the renewable energy or technology sector;
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello) and reporting tools. Familiarity with renewable energy technology and monitoring systems is beneficial;
Project Management Expertise :
Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, with experience managing complex projects from inception through completion;
Communication Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations and facilitate collaboration across teams;
Leadership & Organizational Skills :
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment;

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree or certifications in renewable energy, data science, or a related technical field;
Field experience with IoT devices, smart grid technologies, or remote monitoring platforms;
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools.
