The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive team and play a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company through its upcoming Token Generation Event (TGE), scaling growth strategies, and ensuring the flawless execution of operational plans. This demanding position requires a leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in management-level roles within the Web3 space, a proven track record in scaling operations, and a strong understanding of the blockchain, AI, and digital identity landscapes.

The COO will also be tasked with spearheading TGE leadership and strategy execution, enhancing operational systems for an early-stage startup, forging strategic partnerships, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability within the team. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have experience in or leading a TGE event, excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

The role demands a leader who can navigate the complexities of the Web3 landscape and is adept at propelling strategic growth and operational excellence.
