Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, playing a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information with a friendly and positive attitude.

Pay Range: $1150 - $1450 weekly

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to support customer needs.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, striving for resolution on the first contact.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report insights to management to help improve service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a positive attitude.
