About the Role
As a Senior Field Applications Engineer (Sr. FAE), you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and supporting customer adoption of Edge AI Vision solutions. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional technical support and ensure customer success. This is a hands-on, technical role that requires proficiency in C++ or Python and extensive experience in Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth through pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their technical requirements and aligning solutions with business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and R&D teams to achieve design win targets aligned with product roadmaps and market trends.
• Coordinate with HQ’s Customer Success and R&D teams to provide seamless pre- and post-sales support.
• Analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and inform the development roadmap.
• Provide technical training and mentorship to partners to scale support capabilities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Requirements

• Location:
  Remote, ideally based in Chicago.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Expertise in C++ and Python programming languages within a Linux environment.
• 8+ years of proven success as an FAE, working within the semiconductor field.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software integration.
• AI Framework experience, 3+ years (MXNet, PyTorch, Tensor Flow).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SoC systems.
• Familiarity with media components such as ISPs, encoders, display ports, and cameras.
• Knowledge of computer vision and CI/CD processes.

  Base - $130,000-$180,000, Bonus $40,000-$50,000.
