Senior Manager Commercial Insights​/Neurology

Location: Chicagoland Area (Northern Suburbs)
Compensation: $165-185k + bonus, LTI & relocation

A Global Biopharmaceutical company is on the hunt for a new Senior Manager to lead Commercial Insights within their Neurology portfolio. This role will be located in the northern suburbs of Chicago, with the expectation of an in-office presence 2-3 days per week.

What you will be doing:

• Day to day execution of primary research activities (qualitative and quantitative)
• Development of insight generation in support of a leading neurological product
• Acting as internal consultant to the brand team
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support all business strategies
• Be primary research expert, researching and implementing new tools and methods

What makes you qualified:

• Minimum 6 years experience + Bachelor's, 4 years + Master's degree, 2 years + Doctorate
• Proven expertise in pharmaceutical data manipulation and primary research techniques
• Proven project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Proven experience providing guidance to leadership, presenting influential findings to key decision makers
