The role demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in HR technology sales, particularly in the areas of payroll and staffing services, and a demonstrated ability to engage with C-level executives.

Key responsibilities for the VP of Business Development include identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and working closely with the marketing team to ensure the effective promotion of service solutions. Applicants for the VP of Business Development position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in HR technology or related fields.

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR tech solutions, EOR/staffing, and workforce management software, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and manage new lead funnels.
