About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a senior executive responsible for the financial, procurement, and human resources functions, ensuring operational efficiency, financial stability, and strategic alignment across departments. This role involves direct management of a diverse team, maintaining external relationships with auditors, financial advisors, bankers, and trustees, and holding fiduciary responsibility for the organization's retirement plans.

The CFO will also be involved in capital acquisition initiatives, policy development, and compliance, and will serve as a key leader in public reporting and government relations. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or professional certifications preferred. A minimum of 15 years management experience, including at least 5 years in an executive leadership role, is required.

Experience in the public sector or venue management is highly valued. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, procurement, HR management, and IT governance, with proven skills in leadership, communication, and decision-making. The CFO will be expected to lead a multi-functional team, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
