Sales Consultant

Ray Laethem Dealership is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Consultant to join our team. This full-time position will primarily focus on answering internet and inbound call leads, as well as assisting customers in selecting and showing vehicles. As a Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure every customer has a positive and informative experience when visiting our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls and internet leads in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers by answering questions and providing detailed information about our vehicle inventory
• Demonstrate vehicles to potential customers, showcasing their features and benefits
• Build rapport with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
• Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage sales
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet dealership goals

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for helping customers
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
