Job Summary

We are currently looking for a part-time Guest Service Agent. Guest Service Agent job duties include checking guests in/out, taking care of guest requests, and answering questions regarding what to do and where to eat in the area. We do offer a flexible work schedule. The position available is part-time, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied by all staff members.

Address all guest concerns and ensure follow-up is complete.

Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.

Assist guests with questions about what the area offers in regards to things to do and where to eat.

Qualifications:

Highly organized.

Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.

Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.

Must possess basic computational ability.

Must possess basic computer skills.

Be available to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
