• Full time, weekdays with no weekends, flexible start time and scheduled rotating holidays.

As part of a master-planned community offering senior housing, retail/commercial businesses, and market rate apartments, Flagstone is centrally located in Eden Prairie providing easy access to retail shops and dining while still being close to nature with beautiful views of Purgatory Creek. This community includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, and long term care apartment homes as well as supportive services to provide older adults choices to live well today and every day!

Assisted Living, Assisted Living with Memory Care, Long Term Care.

Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high-quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
• Current CPR certification.
• Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay Range
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $38.29 - $41.95 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
