Vital Stretch Practitioner (Full-Time)
Location: 7918 Mitchell Road, Eden Prairie, MN
Join The Vital Stretch team as a Vital Stretch Practitioner (VSP) and help transform lives! You’ll deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to improve clients’ mobility, reduce discomfort, and enhance their overall wellness. This role offers generous benefits, growth opportunities, and hands-on experience in a growing health and wellness assisted stretching environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized one-on-one stretching sessions using The Vital Stretch Method.Actively listen to clients, customizing sessions to their goals and individual needs.Educate clients on stretching benefits to promote consistent visits and results.Track client progress and adapt sessions for optimal outcomes.Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.Participate in marketing initiatives such as promoting events or creating social media content.Qualifications:
Background in fitness, training, dance, or sports science (ACSM, NASM, ACE, ISSA preferred).Passion for anatomy, movement, and advanced recovery techniques.Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first approach to service.Commitment to professionalism and adherence to studio protocols.Expectations:
Complete required training to become certified in The Vital Stretch Method.Deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with The Vital Stretch standards.Actively participate in team development and studio growth initiatives.Maintain accurate records of client sessions and share feedback with studio manager.Schedule:
