One Southdale Place is seeking a professional full-time evening concierge to join their team in Edina, MN. As the concierge, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service. This team member is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors and has a professional appearance and attitude.
Working Hours:
Typically, PT08, every other Saturday - Sunday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. Ability to be flexible and pick up additional shifts as needed.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Creates a positive impression of Stuart Co by always greeting visitors cordially, using empathy and tact; to make sure their individual needs are met.
- Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides descriptive literature about trips, excursions, sports events, concerts, and plays.
- Providing a high level of service at a luxury apartment community's 24/7 concierge desk.
- Scheduling airport car service, and club room reservations.
- Vacation Services.
- Assistance with packages and dry cleaning service.
- Maintenance services requests.
- Monitoring security cameras.
- Responding to phone and email inquiries from residents.
Job Standards
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 6 months of related work experience required. Customer service-related work experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Windows computer environment.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures, including filing, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work with frequent interruptions.
- Willing to learn and utilize new technology.
- Customer service orientation. Able to work productively and positively with all staff, management, vendors, and others to achieve objectives.
- Implement and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Appropriately maintain financial and other Company confidential information.
