Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Minimum Requirements: Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Position Overview: Soliant is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team! As an SLP, you will work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for a range of speech and language disorders. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on students' communication skills, supporting their academic success and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' specific goals and needs.
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language disorders, including speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency, voice disorders, and social communication.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop strategies for supporting students' communication needs within the classroom setting.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification.
- Experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting (preferred).
