Here’s what you’ll do:

• This position is responsible for the overall appearance and basic upkeep of properties in our Milwaukee area portfolio by performing painting, drywall work, and make-readies as needed.

• Keen eye for detail and demonstrated accuracy and organization when accomplishing tasks
