As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as the key strategic partner for key stakeholders in the EU region to ensure that company's recruitment of high-calibre talent is in line with the company's business goals.

Job Description:

Oversee the complete recruitment cycle which involves creating job postings, sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews and extending job offers.
Develop strong and diverse internal and external talent pipelines for critical skills in the region, through proactive succession pipeline building and ongoing talent relationship management.
Partner with the Global TA team to ensure best practice is delivered and participate in agreed strategic TA initiatives
Lead strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
Track and evaluate the efficiency of recruitment through significant indicators and reporting.
Provides insights on recruitment effectiveness to relevant stakeholders. Uses data and analytics to champion continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Degree in any field with at least 2 years of recruitment experience.
Familiar with headhunting / sourcing across Linked In Recruitment and other platform.
Prior working experience with recruitment firm / outsourcing firm is highly preferred.
Fluent in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with overseas counterparts.
