Loader Operator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Dirt Crew Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and performing finish grading tasks while ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.

• Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and graders, to perform dirt work and finish grading.
• Read and interpret construction prints and plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in site preparation and cleanup as needed.

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction setting.
• Ability to read and interpret construction prints and plans.
• Strong understanding of finish grading techniques and practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and relevant certifications preferred.
