This position aids with repair/work orders, service scheduling, equipment maintenance records, and related paperwork along with creating, maintaining, and distributing department reports as needed and invoicing. Additionally, the Maintenance Support Associate may be responsible for handling urgent, on-demand matters related to equipment breakdowns, ensuring a prompt resolution.

• Repair/Work Orders and Service Scheduling:
  Aid with Repair/PM work orders and service scheduling.
• Equipment Maintenance Records and Paperwork:
  Assist with equipment maintenance records and related paperwork, including work orders, repair logs, and documentation for compliance purposes.
• Department Reports:
  Create, maintain, and distribute department reports related to maintenance activities, such as equipment performance, work order status, and resource utilization.
• Handling Urgent Equipment Breakdowns:
  Assist in resolving equipment issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolutions.
• Parts and Inventory Management:
  Assist in managing and maintaining inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment used in maintenance operations. Help with inventory tracking, reordering, and restocking to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
• Communication and Coordination:
  Communicate with maintenance personnel, supervisors, and other departments to facilitate smooth coordination of maintenance activities. Provide updates, relay information, and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.

• Provide general support to the facility, Purchasing and maintenance team.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work spaces within the facility.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• One to two years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Ability to maintain single task focus and situational awareness.
