Compensation: $100,000 - $120,0000 base salary plus 75% target bonus

We are partnered with a reputable investment bank that is hiring an Investment Banking Associate and an Analyst in the consumer services and retail sector. The firm is a family run business with high growth expectations and maintains a strong entrepreneurial mindset. With an exciting year ahead, they're looking to expand their team to meet increasing demand.

The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:

• Assist in financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Prepare marketing materials (pitch books, teasers, presentations).
• Conduct industry research and assist in identifying potential targets or acquirers.
• Work with senior bankers to support transaction execution from start to finish.
• Manage deal-related documentation and communication.

The Investment Banking Associate will have the following qualifications:

• 1-4 years of Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, M&A Advisory, or relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
