The Impact You’ll MakeAs a Process Engineer, you will work with cutting-edge technology to push boundaries in atomic precision, material science, and surface engineering. Your expertise will directly impact the next generation of semiconductor innovations and contribute to advanced metrology solutions like 3D tomography.
What You’ll DoWe are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team and support our corporate metrology lab, with a focus on 3D tomography dimensional metrology. You will play a key role in metrology support, application development, and lab management to achieve world-class analytical results.

Support daily activities in a fast-paced lab environment, ensuring continuity of critical metrology functions.
:
Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and provide recommendations. Lead significant metrology projects.
:
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver metrology solutions that meet business goals, fostering effective teamwork and maintaining a customer-focused approach.
:
Offer timely metrology applications support to internal teams and customers.
:
Assess and track critical metrology assets using SPC methodologies.
:
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and stakeholders.
:
Take initiative to find innovative solutions and tackle challenges independently.
:
Compile and analyze test data to guide process development and define process specifications.
:
Familiarity with cleanroom operations and semiconductor equipment, including surface preparation and analytical techniques.
:
Hands-on experience with SEM, FIB, e-beam lithography, and photolithography. FIB-SEM experience is highly preferred.
:
Understanding of SPC and/or DOE methodologies for problem-solving and process optimization.
:
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP).

Background in material synthesis and characterization.

Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, customers, and partners, work in a dynamic, matrixed environment, and experience working in collaborative environments with diverse teams and partners.

Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD), or Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), Plasma Physics, Reactive Ion Etching (RIE), Atomic Layer Etching (ALE), Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), Capacitively Coupled Plasma (CCP).
