Express Lane Service Advisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer to the work order
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Communicate updates with each customer a minimum of 2 times daily for drop-offs
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently who are waiting
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order being as detailed as possible
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
• Shuttle customers when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Chrysler Service Advisor or a Service Consultant is not needed but welcomed!
• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Above average energy level
• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
• Good knowledge of automobiles
• Positive, friendly attitude
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen.
