Pay Range: $20 - $28 per hour (Based on experience)

Oberndorfer Landscape Development Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join our Landscape Crew. Whether you're an experienced professional or new to the industry, we offer on-the-job training and a wide variety of projects to help you grow. We specialize in residential and commercial landscape construction and provide a supportive environment where you can build a long-term career. This is a full-time position with winter pay, allowing you to work year-round with a company that values your contributions.

From stunning residential landscapes to complex commercial projects, we tackle it all with expertise and passion.

• Planting and installing nursery stock
• Drainage and grading installation
• Seed and sod installation
• Installing patios, walkways, walls, and outdoor kitchens
• Basic carpentry work
• Landscape bed maintenance
• Pruning trees and shrubs
• Shrub and tree removal

• A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• A valid and clean driving record
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Experience preferred but not required; we will train you
• A degree in horticulture is a plus
• Wisconsin Cat 3.0 certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license is required.

• Full-time position with winter pay
• Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season

• Based in Southeast Wisconsin with work at various job sites
