Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Structured Cabling Technician to join our team and serve clients in the Green Bay, Appleton, and Northeast Wisconsin areas. As a key player in the installation, termination, and testing of low-voltage cabling systems, you will work with copper and fiber optic technologies, supporting data, voice, AV, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service low-voltage cabling systems (data, voice, video, and surveillance).

• Terminate fiber optic and copper cables in commercial settings.

• Conduct thorough testing of network cabling systems.

• Build and configure telecom equipment rooms according to plans.

• Collaborate with other trades professionals to ensure seamless project completion.

• Maintain organized and clean job sites.

• Safely operate tools, ladders, and MEWPs (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms)

Required Experience/Skills:

• 5+ years’ relevant experience or BICSI certification.

• Knowledge of TIA cabling standards.

• Familiarity with Fluke testers and other telecom testing equipment.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Proficiency in Visio, Bluebeam, or CAD software are a plus.

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work at heights

• Clear background check and drug test
