WHO YOU ARE:
• We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated People Ops Intern to assist our People Ops department with project and operations related tasks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• HR Administration - Assist in maintaining and updating People records, preparing reports, presentations and other day to day administrative tasks
• Onboarding Offboarding - Facilitate seamless onboarding of new team members, including system updates and offboarding processes
• Compliance and Documentation - Ensure compliance with organization's policies and labor laws
• Project Support - Contribute to People process enhancements, including developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• Master's degree in human resources or related field
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferable
• Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
• Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
