We are looking for an experienced Porter/ Groundskeeper for our property located in Houston, TX.

Job Summary:
As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the curb appeal and cleanliness of our community. You will be responsible for the upkeep of the property grounds, common areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the property, including common areas, walkways, and parking lots.
  • Remove trash, debris, and pet waste from the grounds daily.
  • Perform minor landscaping duties such as watering plants, raking leaves, and sweeping walkways.
  • Assist maintenance staff with basic tasks as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
  • Ensure outdoor amenities (pools, grilling areas, playgrounds) are clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance as needed.

    • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
