At Rock Valley Community Programs, Inc. (RVCP), we believe in second chances and fresh starts. We’re looking for a passionate Therapist to provide life-changing mental health and substance use disorder treatment to individuals in our Residential Re-entry Program. This role is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to empower at-risk adults as they work toward stability and success in their home communities.

What You’ll Do:

Provide residential therapy for individuals overcoming substance use disorders and mental health challenges in a transitional setting
Offer support through individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, DSM diagnoses, and ASAM criteria evaluations
Collaborate in weekly multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure the best possible care
Deliver evidence-based treatments including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and the Matrix Model
Complete billing for Forward Health
Receive training and supervision to work with specialized populations, including sex offender treatment

What You Bring to the Table:

️ Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
️ Current WI license: APSW, LCSW, LPC-IT, LPC, or LMFT
️ SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC is a bonus (new grads welcome to apply!)
️ Experience working with at-risk adults in a clinical setting
️ Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals involved in the criminal justice system
️ A willingness to grow professionally and expand expertise into specialized treatment areas
