Position: Full-Time Spanish Speaking Licensed Social Worker for PACE program

We are looking for a Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm) Social Worker for a home health position in a PACE setting. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this position. Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is committed to keeping Hudson County seniors healthy, safe, and living innovative program addresses the needs of elderly individuals who qualify for nursing home level of care but helps them remain in their own community surrounded by family and friends.

The Social Worker must have at least 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly population. The Social Worker must also have a state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SOCIAL WORKER POSITION:

The Social Worker must have at least 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly population.
The Social Worker must have a state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this position.
The Social Worker must either be a US Citizen or have your green card.
