About the Role:
ERP and CRM Consultant roles are geared towards experts in Microsoft Dynamics 365 who can implement, manage, and support enterprise systems across finance, HR, supply chain, and CRM domains. These roles are integral to optimizing business workflows and improving system performance and user adoption. Candidates should possess deep technical knowledge, hands-on experience in ERP lifecycle management, and an ability to align system functionality with business processes.
Dynamics365 FINOPS Support Manager
- Required Education/Certification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT or related field
- Experience: 10+ years in ERP support
- Oversees ERP (MS Dynamics 365 FINOPS) operations and support services. Ensures issue resolution, system optimization, and adherence to SLAs.
- Required Education/Certification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT or related field
- Experience: 10+ years in ERP/CRM support
- Implements and maintains CRM modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ensures user adoption, functional efficiency, and integration with core business systems.
- Required Education/Certification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT
- Experience: 5+ years in ERP systems
- Provides technical support for Dynamics 365 FINOPS. Proficient in X++, Power Platform, and Lifecycle Services for system configuration and customizations.
- Required Education/Certification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT or related field
- Experience: 5+ years in ERP supply chain modules
- Supports and optimizes ERP modules related to procurement, inventory, and supply planning. Ensures integration with business workflows and reporting.
- Required Education/Certification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT or HR
- Experience: 5+ years in ERP HR modules
- Specializes in HR and payroll modules in Microsoft Dynamics. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and facilitates efficient HR operations.
