Seeking a skilled full-time Residential HVAC Technician to join our team at Master Services Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Drain Cleaning in beautiful Lake Geneva, WI. An experienced HVAC Technician will earn a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $85,000+ annually, plus bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. This includes:

We are providing a $1,000 hiring bonus for experienced HVAC technicians with EPA certification, payable within the first 90 days! Additionally, we're offering paid apprenticeship training for new HVAC installers and service technicians.

WHAT WE OFFER OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN

This full-time heating and cooling tech position typically requires a 45 - 50 hour work week, with shifts generally scheduled from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexibility is essential, as on-call rotations and occasional overtime may be necessary.

What do you do? As a Residential HVAC Technician, your day will be dynamic and varied. You'll be responsible for servicing HVAC systems in residential buildings, including installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair. You'll establish rapport with clients and provide expert guidance on HVAC systems and services.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrable knowledge and skills in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and repair
  • General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including climbing ladders, heavy lifting, and working in various weather conditions
  • Residency within 40 minutes of Master Services
  • Strong customer service skills and a self-starter mentality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

An associate degree is preferred. No experience is needed - we will train the right person through a paid apprenticeship program!
