Frito Lay Seasonal Shunter

The Role:

Frito Lay (a division of Pepsi Co) has a current opening for a Seasonal Shunter (yard hostler); responsible for organizing yard occupancy and completing trailer moves within and in-between yards and warehouse doors.

What you’ll be working on:

• Operate a yard truck to organize and optimize yard occupancy
• Complete trailer moves to support warehouse loading & unloading
• Complete yard checks to verify trailers contents

Please note:

the successful candidate for this role must be able to provide a 3-year clean drivers abstract, pass a criminal background check, and complete a functional assessment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License.
• 1+ years Class 1 driving experience.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
