GENERAL PURPOSE:The Lead Business Analyst is an experienced IT functional systems analyst who also has experience in project management, product management, and internal consulting. This role works to improve or build business capabilities by facilitating the implementation of process and system improvements. The Lead Business Analyst coordinates the efforts of internal and external staff, and key business partners/users in support of existing production systems and the execution of new system projects.

-7 years of experience working as a business analyst within IT systems, processes, or capabilities.
This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, including using a computer, attending meetings, and working as part of a team.
