* The Supplier Engagement Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's supplier engagement program. This role aims to ensure that small and diverse suppliers are included in the procurement process, creating winning outcomes for our clients, employees, and shareholders and supporting the communities within which our suppliers and clients are located.
This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for understanding CBREs supplier requirements for specific sourcing opportunities, identifying quailed small and diverse suppliers which can be positioned for consideration and analyzing small and diverse spend.
** What You'll Do:*
* + Program Development:
Design and implement a comprehensive supplier engagement program that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
+ Supplier Identification:
Identify and evaluate potential small and diverse suppliers.
+ Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with small and diverse suppliers to ensure their successful integration into the supply chain.
+ Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to procurement and use of small and diverse suppliers.
+ Reporting:
Develop and maintain metrics to track the progress and impact of the supplier engagement program. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
+ Training:
Provide training and support to internal teams on the importance of supplier engagement and how to engage with small and diverse suppliers.
+
Collaboration:
Work closely with procurement, legal, and other departments to integrate supplier diversity into the overall procurement strategy.
+ Outreach:
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote supplier diversity initiatives.
** What You'll Need:*

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility, preferred.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions and other financial-related calculations.
+ Familiarity with supplier diversity best practices, regulations, and industry standards.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Manager Procurement Supplier Engagement position is $120,000 per year and the maximum salary for the Sr. Manager Procurement Supplier Engagement position is $135,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
