Soccer Shots is a non-competitive, character-focused soccer program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We are looking for part-time instructors who are passionate about working with children.

• Great pay - starting at $20-24/hour with opportunity for advancement (classes range from 30-45 minutes long)
• Flexible scheduling (Seasonal: Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall)

• Availability options:
  • Weekdays (9:00AM-12:30PM)
  • Weekday Evenings (4:30PM-6:30PM)
  • Weekends (must be available for one weekend morning shift either on Saturdays or Sundays) (9:00AM-12:30PM)

• Responsible: Timely, attentive, safety conscious, and committed to fulfilling assigned schedule.
• Engaging: Comfortable and confident, with the ability to keep a group of 10 or more children safely engaged, entertained, and excited to learn about soccer.
• Enthusiastic & Fun: Outgoing, animated, and able to connect with young children (2 - 8 years old).
• Patient/Adaptable: Recognizes that not every game will go as planned; distractions will occur, and patience is an ally.
• Professional: Friendly and courteous in all communication with childcare staff, parents, and administrators.
• Team Player: Collaborative, dependable, an excellent communicator, and committed to elevating those around you.
• Soccer Enthusiast: Soccer experience is preferred; however, if you are great at working with children and have some familiarity playing the game, or experience in other sports, this can work.
• Prior Experience Working with Children: Must be able to engage and interact with 2-8 year olds and have experience doing so.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a safe and reliable car. You are responsible for driving yourself to your sites and might also be assigned equipment, which you will have to bring to each session.
• Background Check Cleared: Must pass a State Background Check and FBI Fingerprinting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
