Full-Time | M–F 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | No Nights or Weekends

AP Design is a full-service marketing company offering signs, apparel, vehicle wraps, promotional items, and awards. Our sister company, Send It, handles fast, friendly shipping through UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, Spee-Dee Delivery, and DHL. Both operate from our shared facility at 501 South Highway 23 in Marshall, MN.

We’re looking for a positive, reliable, & enthusiastic person to join us as a Shipping & Customer Service Specialist. It’s a fun role in a dynamic culture - we genuinely enjoy coming to work each day!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet walk-ins and assist with shipping and showroom questions

• Package items and use easy-to-learn software

• Recommend the best shipping option (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, etc.)

• Operate the register and handle payments

• Open/close the store and maintain a tidy, welcoming environment

• Answer phones and assist with occasional AP Design tasks

• Enjoy being part of a supportive, upbeat team
