We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of landscape maintenance tasks to uphold the beauty and quality of our clients' properties. The Gardeners Landscape is a premier landscape contracting firm with over 35 years of experience, specializing in creating stunning outdoor living spaces throughout Metro West Boston, Southeastern Massachusetts, the South Shore, and Cape Cod. We offer comprehensive design, build, and maintenance services for both commercial and residential properties, with a strong focus on irrigation, landscape lighting, lawn care, and snow removal.

As a progressive, turn-key operation, we are dedicated to staying at the forefront of green trends and irrigation standards, while maintaining strong relationships with independent homeowners, contractors, municipalities, and commercial clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Safely operate various lawn care equipment, including commercial mowers, weed whackers, and leaf blowers.
• Perform all aspects of landscape maintenance, including mowing, pruning, edging, mulching, and seasonal cleanups.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete daily tasks while maintaining safety standards.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used correctly and maintained properly.

• Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the landscaping field.
• Proficiency in operating small power equipment and commercial lawn mowers.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and climb ladders.

• Competitive Pay: $24 - $28 per hour, depending on experience.

• Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
