Summary Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE) Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Smokey Point Medical Center clinic primary care team in Marysville, Washington.

This position is 100% outpatient with no call required. You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center to support your patients 24/7. In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits The entire salary range for the clinician position is $128,619 to $151,317 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $128,619 to $143,751 based on factors such as education, training or experience.

Employees will also receive four weeks of paid vacation leave every year and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will receive continuing medical education leave and funding.

The area, developed as a suburban bedroom community in the late 20th century, was annexed into the nearby cities of Arlington and Marysville in the 1990s and 2000s. With a population of only 1,556, Smokey Point is a growing and vibrant community.
