Overview
As a Front Desk team member at Gould's Academy, you'll work with some seriously creative people, and their clients think so too. Just like their service provider, you'll connect with each client, striving to make the entirety of their visit spectacular in every way. Responsibilities

  • Act as the guest liaison with the students and staff to ensure our guests enjoy the ultimate salon & spa experience.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with check-in by explaining salon and spa services.
  • Conclude the guest visit with a smooth checkout process.
  • Graciously thank them for their visit.
