Experienced Automotive Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Person - Full Time

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and purchases
• Order, receive, bill, and store parts accurately
• Maintain organized and well-stocked parts inventory
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain detailed records
• Pick up and deliver parts as needed
• Keep the department clean and well-organized
• Provide outstanding customer service at every touchpoint
• Support other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of prior experience in an automotive parts role (dealership preferred or strong success in retail parts)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player
• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays
