Spring Touch Lawn & Pest Control is currently hiring Account Services Representatives with unlimited sales potential. We are one of the largest, independently owned lawn care companies in Minnesota. Responsibilities:

As an Account Services Representative, you will assist our customers in finding the right lawn care program. Each day will bring new and exciting encounters as you produce leads and close sales. You help customers identify needs, provide solutions, and collect accurate information while speaking to clients.

Requirements:

  • Interact and engage with customers and potential clients to help maintain and build clients for a lifetime.
  • Efficiently communicate Spring Touch services/programs and match services to the identified needs.
  • Knowledgeable in sales and upsells to be successful in achieving goals.
  • Actively listen to customers to learn their needs and find solutions.
  • Perform outbound calls to current customers on dialer system.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their lawn care and pest control needs.
  • Measure lawns with computer software.
  • Learn about lawn and pest control services.
  • Continually participate in training and education to develop knowledge of customer service, sales, and the industry.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays in April, May, June, September & October.
  • Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to handle high call volume.
  • Strong ability to communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • General office computer skills will be needed.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Benefits:
