investgro is a wealth management and financial planning firm for professionals and business leaders in Nashville operating as a fully independent, fee-only fiduciary. We have a duty of care and loyalty to our clients - as a true fiduciary, we are bound to act solely in our clients' best interests.
We provide a "white glove" wealth management and financial planning experience focused on expert retirement management, curated investment portfolios, personalized cash flow planning, strategic debt management, estate structuring, and tax mitigation. We are dedicated to guiding clients simply through the intricacies of their wealth without jargon, commissions, or bias.
Responsibilities:
- Put clients first.
- Guide clients through our financial planning process to educate them on the actions required to meet their goals.
- Manage investments in line with clients' financial plans.
- Provide confidence and peace of mind regarding financial matters.
- Be proactive with solutions and available when needed.
- Build trust by fulfilling all responsibilities.
- Initiate trading and portfolio management.
- Coordinate all money movement, strategy changes, and paperwork for clients and prospects.
- Build and update client financial plans and projections.
- Participate in advisor meetings, training, and continuing education requirements.
- Provide positive and professional service to clients.
- Handle communication with the client base including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Review investment products and accounts owned by clients in line with our firm's planning philosophy.
- Maintain all continuing education requirements of a wealth advisor plus required training elements.
- Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies.
Who we want:
An Associate Wealth Advisor to add to our firm who will work to generate new clients by networking within our community to provide wealth management and financial planning services.
What you need:
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Great attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation.
- A genuine interest in serving and caring for others.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- An entrepreneurial drive to grow their own practice with the assistance, resources, and oversight of the firm's owner.
- Preferred but not required - 1 to 3 years of investment advisory experience or currently working towards CFP designation.
- Active Series 65 license preferred but not required. We will reimburse educational costs upon completion.
- CPA license and/or tax experience is a plus.
- Clean U-4 and U-5 history.
